Arrival in Turin and Public Transportation

I made it to Turin with were little incident. When I was in the city, the question was how do I get from A to B the fastest way without getting lost.
The Hostel had left a desciption about taking Bus 52 from Porta Nuova Station to Lanza and then walking 200 meters. Well try finding Bus 52 at a stop where about 13 different Buses going different directions make a halt... and when I found it, and asked the driver if this was the correct bus, he didn't even know if Lanza was on his route!
I'm already coming to appreciate Munich's public transportation system... have a look at Turin's Public Transport network at the link below:

I made it anyways... after having to climb up a very steeeeeeeep hill to find the hostel... funny, they forgot to mention that on the phone ;-)
